1. PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION Drain Therapy® HVAC Condensate Drain Treatment. Manufactured by Mayer Company, Georgetown, Texas USA. Phone: 877-277-4524.
2. HAZARDS Not classified as hazardous for normal consumer use. Avoid eye contact. Do not ingest. Do not mix with bleach or chlorine-containing products.
3. INGREDIENTS Water, Acetic Acid (approximately 5%), FD&C; Blue No. 1 Food Coloring.
4. FIRST AID Eyes: Flush with water 15 minutes. Skin: Wash with soap and water. Inhalation: Fresh air if irritation occurs. Ingestion: Rinse mouth. Contact Poison Control or physician if
symptoms occur.
5. FIRE Non-flammable water-based solution. Use extinguishing media appropriate for surrounding fire.
6. SPILL Absorb with towels or inert absorbent. Rinse area with water. Dispose according to local regulations.
7. HANDLING/STORAGE Keep tightly closed. Store in a cool, dry place. Protect from freezing. Keep out of reach of children.
8. EXPOSURE/PPE Normal ventilation adequate. Safety glasses and gloves recommended during bulk handling.
9. PROPERTIES Blue liquid with mild vinegar odor. Acidic. Completely soluble in water.
10. STABILITY Stable under normal storage. Avoid mixing with bleach or strong oxidizers.
11. TOXICOLOGY May cause temporary eye irritation. Prolonged skin contact may cause mild irritation.
12–15. ENVIRONMENT/DISPOSAL/TRANSPORT Dispose according to local regulations. Non-flammable liquid. No special transport precautions expected for consumer quantities.
